I’m here to help you tune out the noise and tune into your body! I’m Sarah, yoga teacher and health & nutrition coach with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry. When covid closed my business, I moved to Wicklow to embrace a slower paced, more intentional way of living. This was an integral part on my own healing journey. I am passionate about empowering others to create a healthier, more conscious life through nutrition and lifestyle changes that help them heal, grow and glow! I help people with chronic illness start living again. I help the fatigued to flourish. I coach rushing women how to slow down and thrive. I teach from experience because I’ve been there too. Yoga Classes, Retreats & Wellness Events
I am an Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin trained teacher. My practice and trainings have taken me around the world including a month long trip to India to study at the KPJAY Institute in Mysore, the home and heart of Ashtanga Yoga. I have been fortunate to study with some of the best yoga teachers in the world who have greatly influenced my teaching style & methods. I believe yoga is for everybody and every body, so my classes include props and modifications for all abilities. I teach breath-centred, challenging and creative sequences that are a delicate balance between strengthening and letting go.
I teach weekly classes at Studio 55 in Arklow, a beautiful light filled studio with floor to ceiling views over the Avoca River. I run regular yoga & wellness events throughout the year. From sunrise yoga sessions to day long retreats, my events are inspired by the seasons, infused with nature and taught with passion. Combining yoga with breathwork, sound baths, and forest bathing, they offer respite from the day to day stresses of life and provide a sacred space to unplug, slow down and reset the nervous system.
